At Paper and Canvas Ltd we understand the importance of meeting deadlines on time, which is why we endeavour to despatch every completed order, received before 2pm, on the same day. We use what we believe to be the most reliable and professional courier service available to bring your order safely to you, the next working day. We are also available to track your order and resolve any delivery issues in the unlikely event that they should arise.

To add even greater value for our customers we have decided to charge one flat rate for all orders, up to any weight!

Delivery is next working day and charged at just £7.95 (plus VAT) *.

* For Customers with the following postcodes: KW, IV, PH19+, PA20+, HS, ZE, KA27-28 and for those outside MAINLAND UK, we kindly request that you contact us by phone to place your order.

We will then endeavour to find the most cost effective courier for your requirement as the e-store is not currently programmed to calculate postage for these areas. We apologise for any inconvenience that this might cause and look forward to hearing from you.

VAT

Prices are exclusive of VAT, currently chargeable at 15%. Paper and Canvas Ltd will provide customers with a VAT invoice.

Trial Rolls

Paper and Canvas Ltd are extremely pleased to offer our customers TRIAL rolls of Breathing Color™ media to effectively and economically experience the product first hand. They are very inexpensive as they are sold to us at a reduced price and then sold to you at our cost. Due to this we are obliged to stipulate that any TRIAL products, (including TRIAL pots of Glamour II) are strictly limited to one per customer.

Products purchased from 'Paper and Canvas Ltd' are not for resale.

Refunds & Returns

We are confident that you will be entirely satisfied with any 'Breathing Color' product that you purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that any product is defective or fails to perform as described, please contact us. We will then endeavour to resolve the issue for you. It may be that it is a technical issue and we will advise how to solve this. If the issue is still unresolved, we will request that the product is returned (postage paid by Paper and Canvas Ltd). We will inspect the product, if it is deemed to be defective we will offer either; a refund, replacement or credit on your next order.

Credit Card Security

For our customers peace of mind we have chosen one of Europe's largest processors, who handle in excess of a million secure transactions each month. Data is taken using advanced SSL technology and numbers are securely encrypted. Customers' card details are not stored by Paper and Canvas Ltd.

We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards.
